I learned the real meaning of love. Love is absolute loyalty. People fade, looks fade, but loyalty never fades. You can depend so much on certain people, you can set your watch by them. And that's love, even if it doesn't seem very exciting.

Swamped @ Thursday, October 29, 2009
I'm swamped with Asianfest paperwork! Make it stop!
Why is it so tedious coordinating dates and meetings and emails? I'm just the secretary...
Somebody call the wambulance. Bitch. Bitch. Whine. Whine.

I should be shot.
Due to the 1/4382904812032 teaspoon size of cyanide spill, I got shafted from studying in the BSB (the only place I actually will). I can't focus on my last two midterms before Fall Break. Not even at the library.
I wonder if everyone else is getting burned out too.

Doctors' Diaries
I've been watching this as I've studied. It's pretty long but it's pretty informative.
It follows several now-physicians from Day One in Harvard Medical School to full-fledged physician.
I could never do this as my profession and congratulate those who can.

...of Pokemon.
I suppose too much researching does that to you. In any case, I got the blueprint with the dimensions and hopefully the mechanics of the backdrop down.
Besides the entrance, I have yet to actually draw the actual Pokemon. The biggest challenge is drawing all those damn Pokemon. I think I'm being too ambitious in that I don't want to just draw Pokemon doing nothing; I want them interacting with each other as much as possible. We'll see how this turns out.
For now, I'm tired of Googling Pokemon. Zapdos. Onyx. Snorlax. Blastoise. Weepinbell. And so on and so forth.
I foresee lots of 0.5 lead and eraser shavings in the near future.
So anxious to see what the end product will be!

Post #21 for Year #21 @ Sunday, October 4, 2009
I turned 21 today. So, what was the grand 21 like? After Autumn Moon, I went to Austin and partied it up on 6th Street, went out clubbing and bar hopping, and somewhere along the way I passed out on the street. I gained consciousness again in a pool of vomit.
Actually, no I didn't.
I enjoyed it in peace. I woke up at 11, ate at Cheddar's, and drank a strawberry margarita. It tasted like a slushie and sugar water.
Sweet + cold + low trace of alcohol takes the cake in my book.
So I came back, Jason left, and I studied.
The most amusing part of the day was that Jason bought the margarita for me and used his ID instead. Looks like I have yet to lose my carded-for-alcohol virginity.
Oh, and I got french fries as my birthday present from my brother. I laughed and ate away pleasantly with oodles of ketchup.
Moral of the story: 21 is overrated. Intoxication does not equal a great 21st.
